Following the tremendous success of our last party in Beursschouwburg last November, we’re thrilled to announce our comeback on May 28 with an exclusive live of Zwartwerk.

Consisting of 4 MCs and one DJ, all originating from the Angolan and Congolese diaspora, Zwartwerk is a young emerging and ever-growing crew from Mechelen. Flows in Dutch, Portugese & Lingala on  Afro House, Zouk & Hip-hop beats compose their festive and explosive cocktail. Their last single “Fungola“, from the mixtape “Staande Ovatie“, has besides recently made its way to the Dutch and Flemish charts.

Also on the line-up are the crew’s not-to-be-missed DJs, under the new name of “Lowup Soundsystem“, who will take care of you until dawn with their swaying rhythms and latest wild musical discoveries, everything finally sprinkled with VJ Groovebox’s offbeat images.
